These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and moon33 ("moon33", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the website located at moon33.asia, including all associated services, features, products, promotions, and content made available therein.

By accessing moon33.asia, creating an account, depositing funds, participating in games, accepting a promotional offer, or otherwise using any component of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

moon33 serves an adult Malaysian audience. All services are available in the English language and are directed at players located in Malaysia, including those in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations throughout the country. Currency references on this platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned below:

To register and maintain an Account on the moon33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. moon33 enforces this threshold in line with responsible gambling standards for casino and sports betting activity.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is unlawful.
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant, or close associate of moon33 or any of its contracted service providers in a capacity that creates a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by moon33 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are participating voluntarily, in a personal and recreational capacity, and not on behalf of a third party.

moon33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable period may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may hold only one Account on the moon33 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly should any of it change.

moon33 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed:

• A valid Malaysian identity document — MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill or official bank statement dated within three months;
• A clear selfie holding your primary identity document;
• Documentation confirming the source of funds used for large transactions, where required by our compliance team.

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours. moon33 may place temporary withdrawal restrictions on unverified Accounts. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents constitutes a criminal offence and will be referred to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. moon33 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain password confidentiality. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

All financial transactions conducted through the moon33 Platform must be denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless an alternative currency is explicitly offered for a specific payment method such as USDT TRC20. moon33 does not charge platform-level fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, for which moon33 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits: Funds deposited must originate from a payment source legally owned and registered in your name. moon33 does not accept deposits from third parties. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification process;
• Any active Bonus Funds must have satisfied the associated wagering requirements before the resulting balance qualifies for withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit wherever technically possible;
• Standard processing times are approximately 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallets, 5 to 10 minutes for bank transfers, and 15 to 30 minutes for cryptocurrency, subject to third-party network conditions;
• moon33 reserves the right to apply additional due diligence procedures for withdrawal requests exceeding RM 10,000 within a 24-hour period.

moon33 offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty reward credits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which set out the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, expiry date, and maximum withdrawal limits arising from Bonus Funds.

General bonus conditions that apply across all moon33 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Only one promotional bonus is active per Account at any given time unless expressly permitted by a specific offer;
• Bonus Funds must be played through in full accordance with the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of the wagering requirement;
• moon33 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or expire any promotion without prior notice, except where a bonus has already been accepted and wagering has commenced;
• Any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements through low-risk or hedging strategies — including matched betting using Bonus Funds on sports markets — may result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings;
• Bonuses are available to Malaysian residents aged 21 and above only, consistent with the general account eligibility criteria in Clause 3.

moon33 offers a range of gaming and betting products including online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting (covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other markets), and instant win games. Each product category is governed by product-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting interface.

The following general rules apply across all moon33 gaming products:

• All bets and game outcomes are final once confirmed by the Platform system. moon33 does not accept requests to void or reverse completed bets except where a manifest technical error is identified and documented;
• In the event of a technical fault, system failure, or communication error that affects a game outcome, moon33 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to player Accounts at its reasonable discretion;
• moon33 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games. Game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within the game information panel for each title;
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Early cash-out options, where offered, are governed by the odds and rules applicable at the time the cash-out is exercised;
• Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with Customer Support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Claims raised after this period may not be investigated.

The following actions are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the moon33 Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or third-party information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any form of coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotions or gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without moon33's prior written consent;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, or using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering or financial crime;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing moon33 staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.

All content published on the moon33 Platform — including but not limited to the moon33 brand name, logo, visual design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of moon33 or its duly licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Using the moon33 name, logo, or branding in any external publication or communication without written authorisation;
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the Platform on another website;
• Scraping, data-mining, or otherwise extracting Platform data by automated means.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, moon33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential — arising from or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service offered therein;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events;
• The outcome of any game or sports betting market, including jackpot results and promotional draws;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including but not limited to Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, and CIMB.

In all circumstances, moon33's aggregate liability to any individual User shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that User to the Platform in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

moon33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of its service obligations. Gambling should function exclusively as a form of adult entertainment. It should never be used as a method of generating income, recovering financial losses, or addressing personal debt obligations.

moon33 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions to limits take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your Account for a defined period of 1 day to 6 weeks during which login access is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years are available. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration and cannot be lifted early.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your Account by submitting a written request to our Customer Support team. moon33 will process Account closure requests within five business days. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure — net of outstanding wagering obligations — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

moon33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Receipt of a legally valid demand from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body;
• Inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to any dormancy policy in effect at the time.

Upon termination for cause, moon33 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, associated Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds shall be forfeited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which moon33 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall in the first instance be referred to moon33's Customer Support team for internal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures within 30 calendar days of formal submission, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration conducted in the English language. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action proceeding against moon33.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this clause prevents moon33 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent ongoing harm to its operations.
